<div>This position requires 3 days of presence on site (Monday to Wednesday) at Lyon office, please apply only if you are willing to commit to those conditions.</div><div>We will be happy to read your application if that is the case ; could you also add a link to your portfolio?</div><div>As a UX/UI Product Designer within the Manufacturing &amp; Supply (M&amp;S) Accelerator, you will contribute to the creation of exceptional, user-centered digital experiences with a strong focus on UX and interaction design. The focus is on the complex industrial solutions, such software for manufacturing. We are a digital Accelerator base in the area of Lyon Part Dieu, working as a "start-up" in Sanofi. We are working in teams, and team and agile spirit is key for us.</div><div>Collaborating closely with the Product Owner in the product team, developers, data engineers, data scientists, leadership, and key stakeholders, you will shape solutions that align with business objectives, product vision, and long-term strategy, ensuring seamless and scalable digital experiences across the M&amp;S ecosystem.</div><div>This role demands expertise in Product design, User Experience research and User-Centered Design methodologies to craft intuitive, efficient, and engaging digital solutions. You will play a key role in fostering a user-centric culture, adapting to evolving needs, and championing design excellence. Our key users are people working in factories, engineers, operators , therefore you need to be comfortable communicating with them about their pain points, ideas, being able to test prototypes with them.</div><div>Main responsibilities:</div><div>- Focus on User Needs Use feedback and research to shape designs that solve real problems and make work easier for people in Manufacturing &amp; Supply (plan user interviews, prepare user protocol, run the interviews and user tests)</div><div>- Design Clear and User-Friendly Interfaces: Create simple, intuitive, and visually cohesive experiences that make digital tools easy to use.</div><div>- Use the design system of Sanofi and create smooth UI workflows and UI elements that help users get things done efficiently</div><div>- Design Explorations: Create and refine rapid design FIGMA prototypes to explore ideas, test with users, and optimize designs before development.</div><div>-Use New AI tools to create a design : Vibe design with AI prototypes</div><div>- Can create and run workshops with Users</div><div>- Collaborate with Teams Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.</div><div>- Consistency and Scalability Follow and contribute to Sanofi's Elements Design System to ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and seamless experience across all digital products.</div><div>About you:</div><div>- You are a critical thinker with a positive problem-solving mindset. You are able to navigate complexity with clarity, and adapt to ambiguity with a resilient and humble approach.</div><div>-Be a true team player</div><div>- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products (Information Architecture, Interaction Design, UI workflows, dashboards, and enterprise applications.)</div><div>- Expertise in Scalable, User-Centered Solutions Deep experience in designing data-heavy interfaces, interactive systems, and workflow optimization tools tailored to M&amp;S environments.</div><div>- Mastery of Figma and UX/UI Tools Advanced skills in Figma for high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and seamless collaboration with engineering teams : a big plus if you are interested in new technologies in design and development ! AI Prototypes is a plus</div><div>- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Ability to translate complex concepts into clear design solutions, advocate for user needs, and collaborate effectively with leadership, product teams, and engineers.</div><div>- You have worked in User Research with various methodologies.</div><div>- Problem-Solving in Complex Systems Experience navigating large global -scale, interconnected ecosystems, balancing user needs with business goals to create holistic and scalable design solutions.</div><div>- Experience with Agile and Iterative Design and Agile Deep understanding of Lean UX, User-Centered Design, Agile methodologies, and rapid iteration, ensuring continuous improvement and impactful design execution.</div><div>-Language French (fluent) and English (intermediate or fluent)</div>
