The Opportunity Join a Swiss B-Corp scale-up, a pioneer in sustainable agricultural robotics. They develop AI-powered ultra-precision spraying technologies that drastically reduce chemical usage in fields. As part of their expansion in the DACH region, they are looking for a technical expert to join their After-Sales team.Your Role As a Robotics Support Engineer, you will be the key technical contact for distributors and customers. Your mission is to diagnose and solve complex issues involving software, electronics, sensors, and mechanics.Responsibilities: * Provide high-level technical support via email and phone (German/English).<ul><li>Perform advanced diagnostics: system logs, electronics, and Linux-based environments.</li><li>Resolve technical hardware/software issues or escalate to the relevant R&amp;D experts.</li><li>Document anomalies and provide feedback to R&amp;D, Engineering, and Production teams.</li><li>Conduct occasional on-site visits in Europe/Switzerland (1–2 times per year).</li><li>Train distributors and partners during quieter seasons.</li></ul>Profile Required: * Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar.<ul><li>Strong diagnostic skills (Systems / Electronics / Software).</li><li>Affinity for Linux, embedded systems, and Python.</li><li>Native or C1 level in German is mandatory + English (B2+).</li><li>Open to junior profiles and recent graduates with a strong technical mindset.</li></ul>Why Join? * Impact: Work for sustainable agriculture and cutting-edge robotics.<ul><li>Flexibility: Fully remote work.</li><li>Growth: Clear career path towards regional management or technical specialization.</li></ul>
