The Role
We are hiring a Founding Associate to join Helyo , a GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy and execution firm dedicated to B2B SaaS startups.
The Founding Associate role is designed for "builders" who want to master the mechanics of scaling a tech company. The position bridges the gap between high-level strategy and operational reality, working directly with the firm’s founders and client executives.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Audits: Partner with Sales Managers to deconstruct client organizations and build high-impact strategic deliverables.
Sales Build & Execution: Step into the field to drive the model-managing the pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring accurate forecasting for clients.
Cultural Integration: Embed into diverse tech environments to adapt GTM strategies to each client’s specific DNA.
Company Building: Actively participate in the early-stage growth and internal development of Helyo.
Profile
Experience: 2 to 5 years in strategy consulting or in a high-growth Sales role (BDR/AE) with a proven track record of impact.
Skillset: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ship high-quality, professional deliverables.
Mindset: A "get things done" attitude, high curiosity, and a desire to build a category-defining company.
Languages: Professional fluency in French and English.
