Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage field-level recruitment for retail and frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, and job portals.
• Conduct walk-in interviews and initial candidate screening.
• Hire candidates for retail, promoter, delivery, and other frontline roles.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build relationships with local colleges, communities, and employment agencies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or frontline hiring.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing methods.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
