Reporting To: CEO / MD
We are looking for a Chief of Operations to lead multi-location operations and drive revenue, P&L, EBITDA, customer experience, people and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-unit operations across geographically dispersed locations.
- Own revenue, profitability, EBITDA and operational KPIs.
- Lead Centre/Cluster/Regional Heads and large frontline teams.
- Drive SOPs, customer experience, safety and operational excellence.
- Lead new centre launches and expansion initiatives.
Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in Retail, QSR, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment or Leisure.
- Strong multi-unit and P&L ownership experience.
- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple locations.
- Strong business leadership and execution skills.
