Retail Area Manager

1.       Retail Operation Excellence

·       Lead retail frontline team to achieve Operation & Service excellence

·       Create and implement SOPs covering retail topics such as staff, stock, store operations, sales process, audit reseller management, etc

·       Conduct regular stoire visits to ensure SOP compliance and service standards

·       Set up efficient retail environments to improve sales and service efficiency (POS System, retail devices, e-form, dashboard, etc.)

·       Verify roster, salary, commission, incentive, and other retail-related expenses or chargebacks

 2.       Sales & Business performance

·       Strategically set sales targets and create action plans

·       Plan, manage, and confirm frontline manpower and rosters to optimize headcount and maximize sales opportunities

·       Design commission and incentive schemes that are competitive with the market and aligned with company objectives

3.       Leadership & Reporting

·       Design and share a self-monthly roster with Group General Manager to ensure delivery of job expectations

·       Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity across the retail team

·       Provide regular reports and insights to management, including automated retail reports for decision-making

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

·       8+ years of experience in retail operations and/or training, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

·       Strong knowledge of SOP creation, retail processes, manpower planning, and sales analysis

·       Experience in developing training programs (product knowledge, service excellence, clientele management)

·       Strong analytical skills with ability to create automated reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or other tools)

·       Proven track record in designing commission/incentive schemes and manpower optimization

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to engage both frontline and management

·       Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in a dynamic retail environment
