المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تشغيل ماكينة Heidelberg للطباعة الأوفست.
• ضبط الألوان والتسجيل وتجهيز الماكينة.
• الطباعة على الورق والكرتون.
• متابعة جودة الطباعة أثناء التشغيل.
• ضبط الحبر والورق والرولات والبلانكت.
• إجراء التنظيف والصيانة التشغيلية اليومية.
• اكتشاف الأعطال والمشاكل الفنية ومعالجتها.
• المحافظة على الماكينة ورفع تقارير الأعطال.
• التعاون مع فريق القص والتكسير والتجميع والتشطيب.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية في تشغيل مكائن Heidelberg Offset.
• الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في مكائن اللونين أو مقاسات 70×100 سم.
• معرفة بضبط الألوان والتسجيل والطباعة على الكرتون.
• خبرة في طباعة العلب والتغليف تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل ضغط العمل.
• القدرة على العمل داخل ورشة إنتاج.

الموقع: الرياض

Heidelberg Offset Printing Machine Operator

An industrial company is seeking an experienced:

Heidelberg Offset Printing Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate Heidelberg offset printing machines.
• Prepare and set up the machine before production.
• Adjust colors, registration, ink, paper, rollers, and blankets.
• Print on paper and carton materials.
• Monitor print quality during production.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine operational maintenance.
• Identify and resolve printing and machine-related issues.
• Maintain the machine and report technical problems.
• Coordinate with cutting, creasing, folding, and finishing teams.

Requirements:

• Practical experience operating Heidelberg offset printing machines.
• Experience with two-color machines or 70×100 cm formats is preferred.
• Good knowledge of color adjustment and registration.
• Experience in carton and packaging printing is an advantage.
• Good work discipline and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a production workshop.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: To be determined based on experience and skills.
