HR Operations Manage

Role Description This part-time remote HR Operations Manager role at مكتب فيصل صالح ابا الخيل للاستشارات الهندسية is responsible for overseeing daily HR operational activities and ensuring efficient processes across the organization. The HR Operations Manager will coordinate HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, support recruitment and onboarding activities, and help maintain compliance with relevant labor regulations. The role involves monitoring HR workflows, preparing regular reports and metrics, and collaborating with leadership to improve HR systems and practices. The HR Operations Manager will also handle employee inquiries, support performance management processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to guide HR staff, delegate tasks effectively, and support team performance.
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to design, manage, and refine HR processes and workflows.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with employees and leadership, and to prepare professional HR documentation.
• Experience with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, preferably in engineering or professional services environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with HR information systems or HRIS platforms and basic proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
