Surveyor - مساح

نبحث عن مسّاح إنشائي ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الإنشاءات ومشاريع التطوير العقاري، للقيام بأعمال الرفع المساحي وتحديد المحاور والمناسيب والإحداثيات، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ جميع أعمال الرفع المساحي وتحديد الإحداثيات والمناسيب بالموقع.
• توقيع المحاور وخطوط المباني والقواعد والأساسات والعناصر الإنشائية المختلفة.
• مراجعة المخططات والمخططات التنفيذية والتأكد من مطابقتها للأعمال المساحية بالموقع.
• إجراء أعمال المسح والتوقيع لمشاريع البنية التحتية والطرق والمرافق والأعمال المدنية.
• استخدام أجهزة Total Station، GPS/GNSS، Auto Level وغيرها من المعدات المساحية.
• إعداد ومراجعة التقارير والبيانات والـ As-Built Survey.
• التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين والاستشاريين لضمان دقة التنفيذ.
• التحقق من مناسيب الحفر والردم والأساسات والأعمال الخرسانية والتشطيبات حسب متطلبات المشروع.
• إجراء الحسابات المساحية وحساب الكميات والمناسيب والإحداثيات عند الحاجة.
• متابعة نقاط التحكم المساحية Control Points والمحافظة على دقتها طوال فترة المشروع.
• التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
• معالجة أي تعارضات أو اختلافات مساحية ورفع التقارير اللازمة للإدارة الهندسية.
• المساهمة في أعمال التخطيط المساحي لمشاريع التطوير العقاري والإنشاءات الكبيرة.

المؤهلات والخبرات:

• خبرة عملية 8 سنوات فأكثر في أعمال المساحة ضمن مشاريع الإنشاءات والتطوير العقاري.
• خبرة قوية في المشاريع السكنية والتجارية والمجمعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والبنية التحتية.
• إجادة استخدام أجهزة المساحة الحديثة، خصوصاً Total Station وGPS/GNSS وAuto Level.
• إجادة قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية والتنفيذية.
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج AutoCAD وبرامج معالجة البيانات المساحية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وفي مواقع المشاريع.
• دقة عالية في القياسات والحسابات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• القدرة على العمل والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتنفيذ والاستشاريين.
• يفضّل وجود خبرة في مشاريع التطوير العقاري الكبرى.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction and real estate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for all surveying and setting-out activities, including coordinates, levels, alignment, and dimensional control, ensuring that construction works are executed accurately in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all site surveying, setting-out, leveling, and coordinate control activities.
• Establish and maintain building grids, benchmarks, control points, and reference coordinates.
• Set out building foundations, structural elements, roads, utilities, and other civil works.
• Review IFC, shop, and construction drawings to ensure accurate site implementation.
• Conduct surveying activities for infrastructure, roads, utilities, civil, and real estate development projects.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.
• Prepare and review survey reports, field records, and As-Built Surveys.
• Verify excavation, backfilling, foundation, concrete, structural, and finishing levels.
• Perform survey calculations, coordinate calculations, elevations, and quantity measurements when required.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of project survey control points and benchmarks.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Identify and resolve surveying discrepancies and coordinate conflicts on site.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Support the engineering and construction teams in achieving accurate and timely project execution.
• Participate in surveying and setting-out activities for large-scale real estate development projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Construction/Engineering Surveyor.
• Proven experience in construction and real estate development projects.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and large-scale development projects.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering, IFC, and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying data-processing software.
• Strong understanding of construction surveying, setting-out, leveling, and coordinate systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Experience in major real estate development projects is highly preferred.
