تعلن شركة مقاولات عن رغبتها في تعيين مهندس مكتب فني ذو كفاءة عالية للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا بعجمان المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:حصر الكميات بدقة من المخططات الهندسية (المعمارية والإنشائية).دراسة وتسعير المناقصات وتحليل أسعار البنود بدقة وتنافسية.إعداد جداول الكميات والمواصفات (BOQ).التواصل مع الموردين ومقاولي الباطن لطلب وتحليل عروض الأسعار.متابعة الدفعات والمستخلصات وتعديل أوامر التغيير.المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية.خبرة لا تقل عن [ 3 إلى 5] سنوات في مجال المكتب الفني (التسعير والحصر).إجادة تامة لبرامج AutoCAD وبرامج الـ MS Office (خاصة Excel) والريفيت والبلانسويفت قدرة عالية على التحليل والالتزام بالموعد النهائي لتقديم المناقصات.إقامة سارية أو قابلة لنقل الكفالة يرجي ارسال cv عبر رقم الواتس اب
