Weʼre looking for a Junior PR Specialist with a spark for growth to collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing. This role offers you the opportunity to pivot from traditional PR into the exhilarating world of Web3, accelerating your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Craft compelling press releases, feature articles, and social media content aligned with EXIOʼs culture, milestones, and brand vision
2. Build and nurture relationships with Hong Kongʼs local media, coordinating interviews, op-eds, and PR campaigns
3. Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing strategic PR initiatives
4. Monitor industry trends and media coverage, providing actionable PR insights
5. Amplify key company moments, such as events and product launches, through impactful PR efforts
6. Help manage and elevate EXIOʼs brand reputation across channels and platforms

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a Hong Kong PR agency or media outlet
2. Established connections with Hong Kongʼs mainstream media, including finance, tech, and Web3-focused outlets
3. Exceptional bilingual (English and Chinese) writing skills, with a knack for creating engaging, professional content
4. Passion for Web3, fintech, and compliance, with a hunger to learn fast
5. Proactive, upbeat, and entrepreneurial, thriving in a dynamic startup culture
6. Creative problem-solver who excels in resource-constrained settings
