Role overview:

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, user journeys, workflows, and business objectives to support meaningful analysis and recommendations.
• Support the Product team by monitoring and analysing product usage trends and user behaviour, tracking feature adoption and engagement, identifying gaps, friction points, and operational inefficiencies, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven product improvements and decision-making.
• Assist teams in improving internal processes and maintaining visibility across product and operational workflows by tracking key metrics and progress, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and other key teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired skills:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in product analytics, business analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of product usage, user behaviour, feature adoption, and operational workflows.
• Attention to detail, with a structured approach to analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to different teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving improvements.
