Υour Role We are looking for an ERP Consultant to breathe life into our clients' business operations using the power of SOFTONE. In this role, you won't just implement software, you will be a strategic partner translating complex business challenges into smart tech solutions. From the first blueprint meeting, through customization and training, to the final go-live and ongoing support, you will drive the entire evolution. Your contribution to the success of the team

• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful ERP implementation
• Design and configure ERP modules based on client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training and support during and after go-live
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP software

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field
• Strong understanding of ERP software or Accounting software
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing ERP solutions, 5+ years as a Key ERP user or similar accounting experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Very good/Excellent knowledge of English language
