Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

To lead & drive Talent Acquisition function by focusing on closure of the positions as per the TAT for Non IT positions

To coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and prepare the JD as per the requirement

End to end stakeholder management

Driving the team of 2 people and ensure the performance targets are met

Responsible for sourcing and screening of niche and leadership positions

To stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and best hiring practices

To ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in the hiring process

To track recruitment metrics (eg: time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc) and optimized hiring strategies accordingly

To update, maintain and share Recruitment tracker on weekly basis with business and internal team

Preferred candidate profile

7-8 years of experience in handling end-to end TA

Candidate should be strong in stakeholder management

Experience handling niche and leadership positions
