Role Summary

The position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration, security, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments. The role covers data centers, multi-site networks, servers, virtualization, Azure/Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, OT infrastructure, and FortiNAC/NAC operations.

Role Responsibilities

* • Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. • Hands-on in virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and Microsoft infrastructure services and HCI environments. • Design and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including core/distribution/access switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and network redundancy.

* • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including HA, VPN, security policies, NAT, routing, firmware upgrades, Implement and maintain firewall security controls, MFA, LDAP/AD integration, remote access VPN, and network segmentation and security features. • Support and maintain enterprise backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.

* • Good knowledge in infrastructure monitoring, performance management and proactive troubleshooting. • Participate in VAPT remediation, security hardening, vulnerability management, and audit/compliance activities. • Participate in infrastructure projects including solution design, implementation, migration, testing, documentation, and handover.

* • Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions such as Trend Micro, EDR/XDR, or MDR, with knowledge of endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response. • Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, security, and business continuity.
