Business Development Manager

The company develops products and solutions for smart entrance management, identity authentication, and smart office applications, offering services to public service entities, enterprise-level organizations, and individual users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with ZKTeco’s growth objectives.

Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, consultants, and key clients.

Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Present ZKTeco solutions to enterprise, government, and SME clients.

Achieve assigned sales targets and growth KPIs.

Collaborate with technical, presales teams to deliver customized solutions.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Experience in security, biometrics, ICT, or technology solutions preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
