Role Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full range of corporate matters — financings, M&A, governance, securities, and commercial transactions. The role combines deep legal expertise with strong business judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on financings, M&A, and other strategic corporate transactions

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements

• Manage corporate governance, board materials, and entity matters

• Support securities filings and regulatory compliance as applicable

• Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets

• Partner with business teams on risk-aware deal structuring

Required Skills and Qualifications

• JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction

• 5+ years in corporate law (firm or in-house)

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across major commercial agreements

• Working knowledge of corporate governance and securities law

• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

• Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance risk with business needs
