Digital Marketer Executive

About the Role

NSL Digital Lab is a new startup looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to build our online presence through organic social media marketing. The main focus is creating engaging posts, graphics, reels and videos that promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan an organic social media strategy and maintain a content calendar.
• Create social media posts, carousels, graphics and captions.
• Create and edit reels, short videos and promotional content.
• Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Research audience interests, content trends, competitors and hashtags.
• Increase brand awareness, organic reach and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent branding, tone and visual style.

Skills and Requirements

• Practical experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe design tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong caption writing, creativity and communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio with sample posts and videos will be good to have.
