- Resolve production incidents and data issues.
- Perform SQL validations and data reconciliation.
- Support ETL workflows and batch processes.
- Troubleshoot job failures and coordinate fixes.
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational stability.
- Prepare RCA reports for recurring incidents.
