About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce FSL Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing FSL solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions.
• Configure and implement FSL features including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skills, and Scheduling.
• Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Work on FSL scheduling and optimization, including Scheduling Policies and Work Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understand and implement Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and FSL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure solutions comply with governor limits.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Good knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Skills, and Scheduling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
