HR Assistant - Learning & Development

The HR Assistant– Learning and Development supports the implementation of training programs and employee development initiatives across the EDL Group of Companies by coordinating training activities, maintaining learning records, monitoring development plans, evaluating training effectiveness, coordinating with providers and stakeholders, and preparing training reports to support employee growth and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training schedules, materials, logistics, and learning activities.
• Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, certificates, and databases.
• Monitor employee development plans, training needs, and mandatory training completion.
• Coordinate with training providers, department heads, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing training materials, budgets, reports, and KPI updates.
• Gather and consolidate training evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with training policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Support employee development initiatives, departmental projects, and other assigned tasks.
