- Meet Manpower Requirements - Daily Basis
- Need to Update no of hireing from Naukri & ref
- Right selection as per the jd
- offer letter issue on time
- appointment letter issue with in 30 days
- Complete Joining Formalities & sending the document to HO Office
Newly Joined Employee Induction & Orientation Program - Attendance Management in System
- Grievance Handling
- Performance Management System ( Individual KPI - White Collar ) Conducting Training For White Collar
- Employee Engagement, Feedback Etc.
- Coordination for interview on zoom call.
