What they need
- Head of Human Resources – Technymon Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
- Technymon is seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function at its Dharwad manufacturing facility.
- Key responsibilities:
- * Lead recruitment, manpower planning and talent development.
- * Manage employee relations, industrial relations and shop-floor HR.
- * Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- * Oversee payroll, compensation, performance management and HR policies.
- * Improve employee retention, attendance, productivity and engagement.
- * Develop HR systems, reporting and workforce cost controls.
- Candidate profile:
- * 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive or engineering manufacturing.
- * At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- * Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations and plant HR operations.
- * MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Dharwad, Karnataka Position: Full-time, Permanent Reporting to: Managing Director / Plant Leadership
