Human Resources Generalist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar HR role.
• Experience with recruiting and job advertising through Indeed
• Familiar with ZKTeco Software & Labournet Payroll
• Experience in conducting payroll administration
• Familiar with managing WRSETA processes
• Familiar with leading
• Able to collect and analyze reports
• Experience in , employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, onboarding/offboarding
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational problem-solving skills, communication, conflict resolution and multitasking
• Understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final paperwork
• Ability to support managers in conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to manage and lead a team

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Samrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR Generalist: 2 years (Preferred)
