Job Summary

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems. The role ensures smooth IT operations, provides technical support, maintains security standards, and assists in implementing technology solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Helpdesk

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Network & Infrastructure Management

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
• Ensure system uptime and optimal network performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

System Administration

• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Manage servers, backups, and data recovery processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Information Security

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and security updates.
• Conduct regular data backups and security audits.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Project & Vendor Management

• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
• Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for procurement and support.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
