IT Support Executive

JSE is looking for an IT Support Executive / IT Engineer to join our team in Vizag. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to employees, maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, email, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and peripherals.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access-related requirements.
• Monitor and maintain basic office network connectivity.
• Assist with IT asset management, including laptops, desktops, accessories, and other equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software, and support activities.
• Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, and basic IT security practices.
• Provide timely support and resolve employee IT issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of computer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide user support in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred

• Experience in an office/corporate IT environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management and information security.

What We Are Looking For

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
