- Microsoft 365 Administration (User management, license assignment)
- Exchange Online (Mailbox creation, shared mailboxes, distribution groups)
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (User provisioning, access management)
- Outlook Support (Profile issues, email configuration, mail flow troubleshooting)
- Microsoft Teams Support (Login, meeting, and collaboration issues)
- OneDrive & SharePoint Basic Support
- MFA & Authentication Management (Password reset, MFA enrolment, authenticator reset, account unlock)
- Documentation & SOP Management (Creating, updating, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base articles)
- IT Service Desk & Ticket Management (Incident, service request, and SLA management)
- Active Directory Administration
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
