• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
• Proficiency in OPA Rule Designer and Policy Modeling
• Strong understanding of declarative rules and logic-based programming
• Experience with OPA Web Services and REST APIs
• Knowledge of XML, XPath, and JSON
• Experience with OPA Determinations Engine
