Photographer and Videographer

About the Role

MASL World is hiring a Videographer & Photographer to own our visual content, corporate photography, event coverage, project documentation, and video production, as we scale our brand presence ahead of our IPO. This is a hands-on production role, not a directing or outsourcing role. You will personally shoot and edit.

Key Responsibilities

· Shoot professional photography for corporate use: leadership headshots, event coverage, office and site documentation, and brochure/collateral-quality images

· Shoot and edit video content for LinkedIn, corporate presentations, and internal use, including interviews, project walkthroughs, and event recaps

· Handle end-to-end post-production: colour correction, cutting, pacing, and basic motion graphics (lower-thirds, titles, simple animated overlays)

· Maintain a consistent visual standard across all output, matching MASL World's brand guidelines

· Manage own equipment, lighting setup, and on-location shoots (multiple sites/ as required)

· Archive and organize raw and edited files in an accessible, structured system

Required Skills

· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial photography and videography (not personal/social content only)

· Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required, not optional) for editing

· Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or equivalent for basic motion graphics

· Strong eye for composition suitable for corporate, brochure-grade photography, not casual or event-style snapshots

· Ability to work independently across multiple site locations

Application Requirements (mandatory, non-negotiable)

· Submit a portfolio of original, unedited-by-AI work: minimum 5 photography samples and 2 video samples you personally shot and edited

· Be prepared to complete a live, on-the-spot shoot-and-edit test as part of the interview process (a short video edited start to finish within a fixed time window)

· Applications with AI-generated demo reels, stock-footage showcases, or portfolios you cannot speak to in detail (shot settings, editing choices, equipment used) will be rejected without a response

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
