Day to day factory operations
Production of orders for timely shipment
Shipment of orders within timeframe
Resolving customer complaints
Team management

Dealing with logistics partners
Taking care of statutory compliances
Handling government deptts as and when required
Dealing with labor and contractors
Maintenance of plant and machinery
Disposal of scrap in professional manner
Performance monitoring of employees
Weekly Reviews of all deptts
Submission/presentation of monthly achievements to management
Controlling on wastage of raw material & manpower
Cost cutting initiatives
QUALIFICATION & OTHER CRITERIA
Graduate in any discipline
4-5 years experience in production & administration
Gurgaon resident or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
Highly responsible professional
