Sales Engineer – ZPE systems

About The Role Provide pre-sales technical support for ZPE Systems and related network infrastructure solutions, working closely with the sales team to identify and develop customer opportunities. You will understand customer requirements in network management, out-of-band management, remote infrastructure access, and IT infrastructure operations, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions based on customer requirements, including product selection, solution architecture, network topology, and configuration
• Support customer meetings, technical discussions, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical Q&A
• Plan and support Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, and technical validation activities
• Work closely with ZPE Systems and other technology partners to obtain product information, technical resources, and solution support
• Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, network diagrams, presentations, and tender-related technical materials
• Support the handover from pre-sales to project delivery and provide technical assistance when required during implementation
• Keep up to date with developments in networking, data center infrastructure, remote management, and IT infrastructure technologies
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and converting technical opportunities into business opportunities

About You

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related technical role
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, and network security
• Experience with data center networking, remote infrastructure management, network device management, or out-of-band management is highly preferred
• Experience with mainstream networking and security technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus
• Strong solution design and technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience in customer-facing technical presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs, or pre-sales support
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Customer-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Good command of English and comfortable communicating with international customers and technology partners
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and on-site technical support when required
