Responsibilities

Zajišťovat kvalitu výrobků během celého výrobního procesu.

Podílet se na zavádění nových produktů z pohledu kvality - kontrola vyrobitelnosti, aplikace "lessons learned“ z produktů v sériové výrobě, vypracování dokumentace, a jiné

Řešení kvalitativních problémů při výrobě prototypů a nultých serií

Řešit interní i zákaznické reklamace a identifikovat jejich kořenové příčiny.

Navrhovat a implementovat nápravná a preventivní opatření pomocí nástrojů kvality (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto).

Spravovat a aktualizovat kontrolní plány, PFMEA a související dokumentaci.

Podporovat a rozvíjet systém managementu kvality.

Analyzovat neshody, vyhodnocovat data a připravovat reporty kvality.

Koordinovat analýzy měřicích systémů (MSA).

Podílet se na interních, zákaznických i certifikačních auditech.

Spolupracovat s kolegy napříč globální organizací, zejména v České republice, Dánsku, na Slovensku a v Číně.

V případě zjištění rizika kvality nebo nestandardního stavu přijímat potřebná opatření včetně zastavení výroby.

Máte zkušenosti v oblasti řízení kvality ve výrobní společnosti.

Orientujete se v nástrojích kvality a metodách řešení problémů.

Máte analytické myšlení a dokážete hledat efektivní řešení.

Nebojíte se převzít odpovědnost a komunikovat napříč organizací.

Dokážete pracovat samostatně i jako součást týmu.

Angličtinu využijete při komunikaci s kolegy ze zahraničí.
