In this role, you will provide specialist technical support and solution consultancy, acting as an interface between customers, Sales and Delivery teams. You will support pre-sales activities across voice, data connectivity, security, cloud and mobile services, design end-to-end customer solutions, and ensure a smooth handover to implementation and post-sales teams.

What you will do:

• Solution Design: Deliver end-to-end technical solutions (voice, data, security, cloud, and mobile) aligned with customer requirements and business viability.
• Pre-Sales & Estimation: Analyze client needs, estimate technical costs, prepare proposal inputs and tenders, and author high-level solution documentation.
• Technical Advocacy: Present solution architectures and value propositions to customers while supporting sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with network, security, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover and implementation.
• Account Growth: Build trusted relationships with business clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio expansion.

• Strong background in B2B IT and telecommunications, with deep knowledge of IP networking, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, VoIP, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and unified communications.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, service integration, security principles, and end-to-end dependencies from customer premises to cloud environments.
• Familiarity with local/international access providers, technology partners, and current technology trends across connectivity, voice, and cloud.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements and technical data into commercially viable, well-documented architecture recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and consultancy skills, with the ability to coordinate complex opportunities, manage multiple priorities, and build trusted client relationships.
• University degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
