JDWindows Server Administration:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting of server performance and application issues.
• Implementing and managing server virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Automating routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell).
• Performing system hardening and security best practices.

End-User Support:

• Providing advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
• Resolving escalated support tickets and providing timely solutions.
• Implementing and maintaining end-user software and hardware standards.
• Training and mentoring junior support staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Participating in IT projects and initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, M365, virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) and end-user support.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE ) preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
