Technical Support Engineer - Networking & Access Control

Job Purpose

To provide technical support to Camnix dealers and customers, primarily for Ruijie/Reyee networking products and ZKTeco access control systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, remote support, product training and occasional on-site assistance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ruijie/Reyee Networking Support

• Provide technical support for Ruijie/Reyee routers, switches, wireless APs and networking solutions.
• Assist dealers with network configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
• Support Reyee Cloud/network management configuration.
• Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to suppliers/manufacturers when required.

2. ZKTeco Access Control Support

• Provide technical support for ZKTeco access control systems and software.
• Assist dealers with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support device communication, user management and basic system configuration.
• Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues.
• Assist dealers during project implementation when required.

3. Dealer Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance through WhatsApp, phone, remote access and email.
• Understand dealers' technical problems and provide practical solutions.
• Follow up on outstanding technical cases until resolution.
• Maintain records of technical support cases and solutions.

4. Product Training

• Conduct basic product/system training for dealers.
• Assist Sales/Product teams during product demonstrations.
• Prepare simple technical guides, FAQs and troubleshooting documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, networking, CCTV, access control or security systems preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong networking knowledge and the right attitude may also be considered.

Technical Knowledge
Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

• Router & switch configuration
• Wi-Fi / wireless networking
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Access control systems
