Roles and Responsiblities :-

rSTAR is looking for a Techno Functional Oracle Fusion Lead with deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Pricing and experience leading EBS to Fusion Cloud migrations . The ideal candidate will drive pricing transformation projects, provide strategic input into pricing configurations and integrations, and work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud Pricing solutions.

Details:

• Define and implement Pricing Strategies, Segments, Rules, Matrices, Qualifiers, and Modifiers.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Pricing modules across client environments.
• Translate business pricing strategies into robust Oracle Fusion Pricing configurations.
• Analyze and migrate existing Oracle EBS Advanced Pricing setups to Fusion Pricing.
• Lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and UAT.
• Develop or oversee technical components (FBDI, ADFdi, BIP, OTBI, integrations via OIC).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (OM, AR, PIM, Sales, RevRec) to ensure end-to-end solution design.
• Resolve complex functional and technical issues, including Oracle SRs.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Pricing.
• Strong functional knowledge of EBS Advanced Pricing and experience migrating pricing setups to Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in at least one EBS to Fusion Cloud Pricing migration project.
• Good exposure to related modules: Order Management, Receivables, PIM, Sales.
• Working knowledge of data migration (FBDI), reporting tools (BIP/OTBI) , and integration platforms like OIC.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing offshore/onsite teams and client-facing roles.

Good to Have:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification – Pricing or Order Management.
• Experience in Sales Agreements, Deal Management, Revenue Management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Prior experience working with enterprise clients in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, or Distribution domains.
