VDC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality BIM content for the VDC department, project teams, and other support departments.
• Manage project 3D spatial coordination, including BIM schedules, scope, and supporting files/models.
• Provide support for VDC staff on all BIM-enabled projects.
• Adhere to established processes while helping improve VDC workflows.
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings, goals, and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, VDC techniques, and procedures.
• Continuously improve management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Mentor VDC Specialists and project team members.
• Support VDC department initiatives and key objectives/results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of VDC, BIM, or construction-related experience.
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Background or strong interest in leveraging 3D models and digital construction technologies.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
