About the role
We are looking for an experienced Unified Communications / VoIP Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, Contact Center solutions, and Cisco Telephony.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft Teams, NICE CXone, and Cisco Telephony systems
- Configure and maintain AudioCodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, CoreView, MOYOBI and Tendfor solutions
- Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Teams Physical Phones
- Support UC, Contact Center and Video Conferencing platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across LAN, Wi-Fi and Zscaler ZPA environments
- Implement automation and process improvements
- Manage projects using established tools and methodologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
About you
- 5+ years of experience in VoIP / Unified Communications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, NICE CXone, Cisco Telephony, SIP & H.323
- Experience with AudioCodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, CoreView, MOYOBI & Tendfor
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) & Teams Physical Phones
- Strong knowledge of UC, Contact Center & Video Conferencing
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi & Zscaler ZPA
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automation and process improvement
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
