Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
• Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and POS activities.
• Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.
• Ensure smooth eye-testing operations and compliance with quality standards.
• Control attrition and support hiring and onboarding of store staff.
• Manage team rosters and ensure adequate staffing.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 4+ years of overall retail experience with relevant Store Manager/retail leadership experience.
• Strong experience in sales, team handling, and store operations.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
• Candidates from Eyewear, Fashion, Lifestyle, Electronics, Telecom, FMCG, or other organized retail brands are preferred.
