About the role
We are hiring a Workforce Software (WFS) Techno Functional Consultant L2 with strong expertise in Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions. The role will support a global implementation project involving configuration, integrations, testing, and production support.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance solutions.
- Validate timekeeping, schedules, leave, accruals, and attendance data.
- Troubleshoot and analyze configuration issues.
- Support integrations between WFS and SAP systems (EC, ECP, ECC).
- Participate in testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
About you
- Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes.
- Hands-on experience in WFS configuration and validation.
- Experience with SAP HR integrations (EC, ECP, ECC).
- Background in SAP Time Management or SAP Payroll is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
