Academic Trainer - Pre Primary​Company: Next Education Pvt. Ltd.​Travel Requirement: 70%–80%​Job Type: Full-time, Permanent​​Job Description​​Conduct training sessions for pre-primary teachers on early childhood education best practices.​​Design and deliver interactive training modules focused on foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.​​Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and resource materials aligned with the curriculum.​​Provide academic mentoring and classroom management strategies to pre-primary educators.​​Evaluate teaching methodologies and suggest improvements for better learner engagement.​​Observe classroom sessions and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.​​Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy.​​Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure consistency and quality in content delivery.​​Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and teacher development progress.​​Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills​​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.​​Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.​​Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices.​ ​Creative approach to teaching and training, with excellent communication skills.​​Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage young learners and educators alike.​​Willingness to travel for training sessions across various schools.​​
