​Key Responsibilities

• ​Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the company’s AR portfolio, monitor Aging Reports, and follow up on outstanding client collections.
• ​Reconciliation & Reporting: Execute bank reconciliations, maintain precise financial records, and compile periodic sales and receivables reports.
• ​Credit & Billing Adjustments: Process Credit Notes, manage customer refund requests, and calculate customer rebates per contractual agreements.
• ​Payroll & Statutory Reporting: Execute monthly payroll for assigned corporate entities (Apex and Asia companies) and file monthly CPF and quarterly GST returns.
• ​Cross-Functional Operations: Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams to handle billing inquiries, clear account discrepancies, and prepare audit documentation.
• ​Financial Administration: Support management with general financial duties and keep financial files systematically organized.

Requirements

• ​Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ​Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance operations.
• ​Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• ​Core Skills: Solid foundation in accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and Singapore GST/CPF regulations.
• ​Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet operational deadlines.

Working Hours

• ​Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• ​Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Total 5.5 days in a week.

• Tuas (West of Singapore)
