Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with query resolution via calls, email, or chat.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely support.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Communication: Good verbal and written skills in English & Hindi.
- Shifts: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
