​About the Role

Atain is hiring a bilingual German Call Center Agent to join our team at Maadi Technology Park. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, provide top-tier support, and maintain high service standards on a bilingual account.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Handle customer inquiries via phone and digital channels in German and English.
• ​Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring high satisfaction.
• ​Accurately update customer records and interaction details in the database.
• ​Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.

​Requirements

• ​Languages: German (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum).
• ​Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• ​Education: Bachelor’s degree / University graduate.
• ​Work Authorization: Valid authorization to work in Egypt.
• ​Location: Ability to work onsite at Maadi Technology Park under rotational shift schedules.

​Compensation & Benefits

• ​Net Salary: EGP 31,400 per month.
• ​Transportation: Provided for late-night shifts (meeting points + late-shift door-to-door options after 9:00 PM).
• ​Social and medical insurance coverage.

Pay: From E£31,000.00 per month
