Hiring For Manager - Process Excellence(Opex)

Overview: Reporting to Medusinds Director of Operations Excellence, the Manager – Operations Excellence will play a key role in driving process improvement and operational transformation across Medusind’s global business functions. This role focuses on executing Lean Six Sigma initiatives, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring measurable outcomes in efficiency, compliance, and client delivery.

Position Overview

The Manager – Operations Excellence will lead crossfunctional projects to streamline workflows, reduce defects, and enhance productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, handson project execution, and the ability to partner with operations and automation teams to deliver sustainable improvements. The successful candidate will manage a team of process improvement specialists and act as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement standardized processes across Medusind’s service lines to improve delivery outcomes.
• Data & Metrics: Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track KPIs and measure ROI of improvement initiatives.
• Automation Integration: Collaborate with automation teams to introduce RPA and workflow tools that enhance productivity.
• Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption.
• Training & Coaching: Mentor teams on Lean, Kaizen, and quality practices to build organizational capability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in US Healthcare BPO operations, with at least 8+ years in Operations Excellence roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 large transformation projects with measurable cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR calling, denial management, medical coding).
• Experience incorporating automation and RPA solutions into process improvement.
• Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and KPI reporting.\
