You will primarily coordinate setup, configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live activities for customer or internal implementations. Salary: $75,000 - $84,000 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Handle technical, application, system, implementation, or data work relevant to the Implementation Coordinator role within Lorygen Group.
• Analyze requirements, incidents, system behavior, data flows, or user requests and document findings clearly.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, build, or improve approved technical solutions using controlled change practices.
• Maintain issue records, technical documentation, test evidence, and handoff notes so work can be supported reliably.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver measurable improvements.
• Follow security, access, data-protection, and change-management procedures used by Lorygen Group.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant technical, systems, data, implementation, or support experience appropriate to the role.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, testing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using role-appropriate applications, cloud services, data tools, ticketing systems, or development tools.
• Ability to communicate technical issues and next steps clearly to different audiences.
• Good judgment around reliability, security, data quality, and controlled change.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
