Laboratory Manager(Mechanical and Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the testing requirements of R&D, Engineering, Product and QA/QC departments are supported.
• Setup, maintain and improve work flow, SOP and documentation processes to ensure effective and efficient operation of the laboratory department.
• Develop and maintain laboratory accreditation compliance as required (ISO 17025, AMCA 210/300 etc).
• Host Factory Acceptance Test and Laboratory tours for associates and visitors.
• Identify key departmental resource planning for short-, medium- and long-term goals.
• Create and present weekly management reports on laboratory operation efficiency per KPI requirements and development projects and bi-annual laboratory update on developments to Kruger Group of companies.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in industry, attend seminars and improve technical knowledge base as needed.
• Support other laboratories within the S&P group when requested.

Skills & Qualifications.

• Minimum BSc Degree level education and qualification in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial role working experience in similar laboratory role.
• Competent in English and Thai.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
• Ability to work autonomously to meet goals and targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of people.
