Property Manager | Ryde

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step into a well-maintained portfolio with excellent landlords, strong arrears performance, and properties kept in immaculate condition.

The Role:

• Manage the end-to-end Property Management process
• Handle tenant and landlord communication
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and routine tasks
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
• Work autonomously with team support

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience required
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Experience with Property Tree and R&W preferred
