• As a team member of biologics downstream/purification process, move forward the pipeline biologics projects (including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.) from pre-clinical to late clinical phase.
• Process development, lab-scale purification, scale-up, tech transfer, and CMO manufacturing support, Contribute to the IND filings and project management.Interact with managed care organizations, healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, and other healthcare organizations providing fair, balanced, and scientifically rigorous medical and clinical information.
• As a team member to perform the downstream stage of GMP production, to provide qualified materials for clinical use.
• Provide expertise in downstream process development, process transfer and scale-up, biologics downstream production and IND & BLA registration supporting, to run projects efficiently per timeline.
• Qualifications
• BS/BA or MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field. Number of years of industry experience commensurate with job titles.
• Have experience on process development of downstream/purification.
• Hands-on experience in purification techniques and in using AKTA systems.
• Experience in purification process development for monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, Fc-fusions and other therapeutic proteins.
• Expertise in purification scale-up principles, competency in planning and executing hands-on experimentation, and the ability to work well within a team dynamic in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with purification process results analytics including HPLC, SDS-PAGE.
• Exceptionally strong communication and problem-solving skills and knowledge of Design of Experiment approaches for process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organized and disciplined record keeping Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective communication skill.
