What they need
Im Rahmen eines 12-monatigen Projekts erfolgt die Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs der Microsoft 365 Umgebung im Enterprise-Kontext. Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Service Requests, die über den 1st Level hinausgehen. Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten, nachhaltige Problemlösung, Unterstützung der Endanwender und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemlandschaft.
Aufgaben
- 2nd Level Support für Microsoft 365
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
- Bearbeitung von Tickets nach SLA
- Eskalation an 3rd Level bei Bedarf
- Unterstützung von Anwendern vor Ort
- Dokumentation von Lösungen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im M365 Support im 2nd Level
- Gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting
- Erfahrung mit Ticket Systemen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
